Virtual Orientation

Updated 5-15-20, 9:00am PST

We are so excited to welcome you into the Santa Clara University family! At SCU, our top priority is the health and safety of our community. For that reason, we are taking the proactive step of minimizing risk from COVID-19 by moving Orientation to a virtual model instead of holding in-person sessions in July and September.

We recognize that this is a change from what we had hoped for, but we are still committed to providing the best possible experience to ease your transition to SCU.

During Orientation students will be learning about the Core Curriculum, meeting with academic advisors, registering for fall courses, engaging with the Residential Learning Communities (RLCs), gaining insights into campus services and resources, and starting conversations about our Jesuit and community values.

These are unprecedented times and we are grateful for your cooperation as we confront this virus. If you have any questions, please contact us and our Orientation staff will happily assist you.

We can't wait to meet you!
