COVID-19 UPDATE          4-16-2020

Due to the Shelter-In-Place, our Bursar team is working remotely. We will be answering telephones Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm. Please note there may be delays due to increased call volume. You can also contact us via email at: if you have difficulty reaching our office by phone. We will respond to you within 1-3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we are working hard to provide service for you during this unprecedented situation.

For spring quarter student account refunds, if you qualify for a refund you will receive an email advising you that the refund request page is open. Please ensure you have signed up for direct deposit/ACH receipt of your funds. Paper checks will take an additional week to process.

** If you are expecting a refund due to the pending spring housing credit, please send an email to to request your refund.**
